Site acquired for clients in 2003 for conversion of existing approvals, to provide a profitable 78 apartments and live work units together with 62 parking spaces. Chord designed and project managed the site for purchasing clients which was successfully constructed by Chase Midland Construction. Purchased by investors in 2005.
