Nick Crudginton

Nick is one of the most well known restauranteurs in Birmingham. After moving to the West Midlands, following a distinguished career in London's West End, he opened the infamous Bucklemaker Restaurant and Bar and ran this very successful business for 20 years. He also opened, along with Richard Turner, the one Michelin starred Turner's of Harborne restaurant. His knowledge and expertise in the restaurant business is secong to none.
